Underpinning
We do it right the first time, every time!
Underpinning your home's foundation not only added space and square footage, it also strengthens the existing foundation. With new concrete added, the overall durability will be that much greater. This process can be quite disruptive and a big expense though the benefits certainly outweigh.
What can you expect once an underpinning project as been started? The basement is first cleared of clutter and debris. Basement floor is then demolished and removed uses a transporter which is typically installed into one of the windows. Bins or bags arrive to removed and dispose of the old soil. Then a comprehensive inspection is conducted of all individual section include but not limited to: Interior Drains, Interior Waterproofing, Sump Pump, Vapor Barrier and Sewage ejector.

Final Inspection & Completion
A final inspection must be completed by the City Engineer and all relevant documents signed off as for the approval and finalization of your underpinning project. Contact the professionals at CAP Waterproofing & Building Restorations today and let's get your underpinning project started.
